1. General Refund Principles
Unless otherwise stated in these policies or required by law:
- All sales of digital products and services are final
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts
- Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser
2. Course Purchases
For our self-paced online courses:
- 7-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase if no more than 10% of course content has been accessed
- After 7 days or if more than 10% of content is accessed, no refunds will be granted
- To request a refund, email medixtutors@gmail .com with your order details
3. Tutoring Services
For one-on-one tutoring packages:
- Full refund available if requested at least 48 hours before first scheduled session
- After first session, refunds are prorated based on unused sessions minus a 15% administration fee
- No refunds for missed sessions without 24-hour notice
4. Subscription Services
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months of service
- To cancel, manage your subscription in your account settings or contact support
5. Special Cases
5.1 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product/service twice:
- We will refund the duplicate purchase if requested within 7 days
- Both purchases must be under the same account and payment method
5.2 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems preventing access:
- We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue
- If we cannot resolve within 3 business days, a prorated refund may be issued
6. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
- We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are never eligible for refunds:
- Downloaded study guides or PDF materials
- Completed tutoring sessions
- Accessed practice exams or questions
